2. Visiting the website

When you visit a page, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver it, including your IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and connection information. The hosting service processes these data to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). [Confirm the hosting provider’s legal identity, recipients/subprocessors, server log retention, processing location and any transfers outside the EEA before publication.] We do not claim a specific log retention period until it is verified.

3. Images supplied by Wikimedia Commons

On four shopping centre guides and their preview cards, images currently load directly from commons.wikimedia.org. Your browser connects to Wikimedia when those images are requested and may transmit your IP address, page address and technical browser details. This is required to show those images as the site currently works; our stated basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (illustrating the guide). Wikimedia’s privacy policy describes its own processing. We plan to review image delivery before public launch.

4. External links

Maps, official sites and social media appear as links. They are not embedded into the page. Their providers receive a request only if you click through; their own privacy terms then apply. We do not use a contact form, newsletter, analytics scripts or advertising pixels in the current website build.

5. Email enquiries

If you email us, we process your address, message and any information you include in order to answer you. The basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request concerns pre-contractual steps. We keep messages only as long as needed for the purpose, subject to applicable legal retention duties. [Confirm actual email provider, retention practice and any international transfers.]

6. Cookies and device storage

The current website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use browser storage. Technical cookies, if any, may be set by the hosting platform when access is restricted; the public setup must be checked before launch. Any future analytics, embeds or newsletter features require this notice to be updated and, where needed, prior consent under § 25 TDDDG.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. Contact us using the address above. If we later use consent, you may withdraw it at any time for future processing.
